1-Year Limited Warranty

At Magnetic Bag Company, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it, replace it, or offer store credit—at our discretion.

What’s Covered:

-Manufacturing defects

-Faulty stitching or hardware

-Magnet malfunctions due to production issues

What’s Not Covered:

-Normal wear and tear

-Cosmetic damage from regular use

-Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

How to Submit a Claim:
Send an email to oobendsp@gmail.com with:

-Your order number or proof of purchase

-Photos of the issue

-A brief description of what happened

We’ll review your claim within 3–5 business days and follow up with next steps.

Note: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not transfer if the product is resold.
